The independent option

The independent option comprises a regular type of business arrangement in which you purchase the system from us – by self-financing or through a loan from the bank. We do the installation and provide regular maintenance services, and the profit – is all yours.

 

Rental

In the rental option, we rent the roof from you under a long-term 25-year rental arrangement, we install the system at our expense, and we pay you a fixed predetermined rental fee so, in fact, you have a 100% chance of getting extra earnings with 0% risk.

 

Partnership

With this option, you have a 50-50 partnership with us in the project. In this case, you can enjoy regular earnings and have peace of mind without having to invest a single shekel.

You provide the roof and we bring everything else: the work, the equipment, and the materials – and we’ll even take care of getting convenient bank financing.
